For thousands of years, the human race has been coming up with new ideas of ways to entertain themselves, and sport has been one of the most prominent. Sport has been around for rou15,000 years where cave paintings depicted cavemen fighting with each other. Since these ancient times, many different sports have emerged and now the following behind the world of sport is colossal. In 2018 FIFA stated that around 3.5 billion people watched at least some of the world cup final.
Currently, the world of sport is on hold during this coronavirus pandemic, and this has demonstrated how much it means to millions of people. Personally I have struggled without football week in week out as this is part of my routine to binge watch football on Saturdays and this is the same for many others across the globe. So knowing how much sport means to people, designers have a role to create the best possible experience for fans when spectating of any form.
