Great Design: Space Hippie

Nike has just unveiled a new shoe that will be made from factory waste in order to massively reduce the carbon footprint of their products. Personally, I am not a massive shoe person and I don't actually like the shoes very much, but similarly to Rothys bag selection, I can appreciate this effort in retail companies trying to break the stereotype that recycling is ugly. As a society, we don't have a choice in becoming more sustainable, so why can't we make it glamorous?
